QUICK AND EASY OVEN ROASTED SALMON WITH A MUSTARD AND LIME,& FRESH PARSLEY CRUST
WHAT U WILL NEED-
serves 4 -
90G of dried bread crumbs
1 1/2 tablespoons of soft light brown sugar
2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
knob of butter
grated zest of 2-3 limes-keep the flesh and use the juice to squeeze over salmon when cooked
a bunch of parsley-chopped or rip the bugger up with yer hands:-)
salt and freshly ground pepper or pepper that you have hanging about the cupboard will do
4 skinless salmon or any other fish that takes our fancy-trout is nice!
preheat your oven to 200c or 400f,gas mark 6
mix the breadcrumbs,sugar,mustard,lime zest,parsley and butter and season with salt and pepper.
Divide the mixture between the 4 salmon fillets and pat the mixture down on top of the fish.squish the bugger down,so it sticks and don't worry if any falls of-life's too short to worry my dears x
place the fish in a oven proof dish and cook in the centre of the oven for around 10-15 or longer,depending how u like your fish cooked
